Anna Jalava

Anna Jalava (1926-2012) was born in Helsinki, Finland and immigrated to Canada in 1952. She is part of a well-known artistic family that includes her mother, Orvokki Jalava, and brother, Erkki Jalava. The Jalava family painted all around the continent, but the most popular of their works are concentrated on their home and surrounding area inMuskoka and Georgian Bay regions of Ontario.
